Ulla Johnson accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Securely seal the box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx location. We recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus a $10 return shipping fee.
